The Hurley R-I School District offers board-paid insurance at the rate of $554 for full-time employees. Employees may pay up for a lower deductible plan. The Board of Education purchases life insurance for full-time employees for $50,000 with the ability for employees to purchase additional life insurance amounts. Dental and vision plans are available as an employee expense. TransAmerica contracts with the Hurley School District to provide cafeteria, HSA, and dependent plans along with employee-paid disability or cancer insurance. Boehne Financial provides 401K, 403b, ROTH, IRA, and TSA accounts for financial investments.
