The Mark Twain Conference Art Fair was this week and we want to congratulate junior, Tiffany Hair, and senior, Mehkayla Miller, on their great showing!
Tiffany received 1st place in charcoal, 2 place in pencil, and 2nd, 3rd, and honorable mention in mixed media 2D.
Mehkayla received 2nd in fiber art, and honorable mention in colored pencil.

Hurley band students recently participated in the Mark Twain Conference Band Day at School of the Ozarks. Students from across the conference gathered to compose a band of nearly 60 members under the direction of guest clinician, Chris Sprague. Students rehearsed all morning, then performed a concert before the public and the S of O student body in the afternoon. #HurleyTigerUp
We will be having students from Paul Mitchell the School here on April 9th to offer free basic haircuts to the first 25 students who sign-up. Please contact the front office to get on the list.

The MoNASP State Tournament commenced on Wednesday, March 19, and concluded on Saturday, March 22, featuring over 3,900 shooters from 283 schools.
Hurley Archery had three archers compete on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, and 24 archers compete on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
The Middle School Team achieved an impressive score of 3127 in the bullseye competition, marking their best score of the season. This accomplishment qualifies them for the National Tournament in Louisville, Kentucky, scheduled for May 8-10, 2025. Notably, seven archers recorded their personal best scores in bullseye.
The team then progressed to the 3D range, where they shot a score of 1564, also their best of the season. Again, seven archers achieved their personal best scores in 3D, which qualifies them for the National Tournament as well.
A special congratulations to Kynzlie Wilson for her impressive achievement of receiving 8th place in the 3D tournament!
