We are looking for a reliable and energetic Assistant Food Service Worker to join our school cafeteria team. This position involves assisting with food preparation, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for students. The ideal candidate is a team player with good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior food service experience is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position with weekday hours during the school day. If you are passionate about providing nutritious meals to students, we encourage you to apply! Hurley Archery Update
On Saturday, March 1st, we began our day in Clever, participating in the final state qualifying bullseye tournament of the regular season.
We are thrilled to announce that the Hurley Middle School Team achieved an impressive 1st place with a score of 3101, securing Tier 2 status for the state tournament registration.
Individual Results:
Middle School
Raidan Morris: 1st place with a score of 280 (Personal Record)
Stockton LeForce: 3rd place with a score of 270
Elementary
Kynzlie Wilson: 1st place with a score of 261 (Personal Record)
During the breaks between flights, we enjoyed engaging shooting activities that involved aiming at a ring on the target. Notably, Kortnie Wilson secured 2nd place, while Kynzlie Wilson followed closely in 3rd place.
We are proud to report that six archers achieved their personal best scores, and one additional archer qualified for the state tournament. The Hurley Archery Team remains dedicated to improving at every practice and tournament.
In addition, seven Hurley archers traveled to Lamar to compete in a final 3D tournament, where two more archers qualified to shoot in the state tournament in 3D. Kynzlie Wilson placed 5th with a score of 249, bringing home a medal.
Congratulations to all our archers; we are state-bound! The MoNASP state tournament will take place from March 19th-22nd at the Branson Convention Center. Shooting times will be finalized on March 12th.

Hurley High School will be hosting the sectional round of basketball between the Lady Tigers and Lockwood on Tuesday, March 4, at 6:00.
Tickets are $10 and must be purchased through the MSHSAA website that has been linked below. Tickets will go on sale Monday at noon. (Note: if you were on the district pass list you will be on the pass list for this game as well.)
MSHSAA allows Hurley to buy half of the seats available and Lockwood will receive the other half, so don't wait to purchase your tickets, as they are limited!
