FFA Valentine's Flower, Candy, and Soda Gram forms and money are due by the end of the day Wednesday, February 7th. Contact Mrs. M&M or the front office for forms and details. They will be delivered to students on Valentine's Day.
The Hurley BBQ Team is selling smoked valentine's dinners (spaghetti and smoked meatballs or smoked chicken alfredo) for $10 each. Forms and money are due to Mrs. M&M, Mr. Appletoft, or the front office on the 7th. Meals will be available for pick up or delivery on Saturday, February 17th.

The new FASFA form was released on December 31, 2023. The Federal deadline for filing the FASFA for the 2024-2025 school year is June 30, 2025. The Missouri deadline for priority consideration is February 1, 2024. Missouri will accept applications through April 1, 2024.
In order to complete the FASFA form, the first thing you need to do is create a FASFA ID. You will need your date of birth, Social Security Number and a valid e-mail address to obtain a FASFA ID. Your parents will also have to obtain a FASFA ID as well. You can go to the following website to fill out the information for the FASFA ID:

After you have obtained your FASFA ID, in order to fill out the FASFA form itself, you will need the following:
The student’s Social Security Number and the Social Security Numbers of parents; Tax returns for students and for parents for the past two years; Records of child support received; Current balance of cash, savings, and/or checking accounts; and worth/amount of investments, business or farm enterprises.

The Jr. High ELA classes are writing a narrative called The Day I Escaped. They had to work together in an escape room and record their activities. The winners of the day are Colton Brown and Bentley Smith with a time of 15 minutes! It has been so much fun watching them try to decipher codes and work together for a great story!
