Jordan Valley Dental Van will be at the school on Tuesday, February 15th and Wednesday, February 16th. This service is for students who have MO Healthnet and self pay students experiencing pain. If you wish for your child to be seen by the dentist, please return forms to the health office by Thursday February 10th. Please call 417-369-3271 and ask for the school health office if you have questions.

Due to incoming weather we are pushing our Cheerleading Kids Clinic out one week.
Cheerleading Kids Clinic dates:
We will practice Wednesday 2/9, Thursday 2/10, and Friday 2/11 from 3:45-4:45.
We will perform during halftime of the boys basketball game on February 15th, 2022. This is a home game starting at 6:00. Students will need to arrive by 5:30 and go to the Multipurpose Gym before the game.
Hurley R-I School District will not be in session tomorrow, Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Make-up day will be Monday, February 21st.
Due to the uncertainty of weather, drama club is rescheduled for Tuesday February 15th." We look forward to starting work on a spring play! Details to come.

Hurley Homecoming Tonight! Girls' game starts at 5:30. Boys will play after that with 2 quarters of a JV game following the boys game. Deck out in your Hurley gear and show up to make some noise.
The freshmen have been working diligently in science on forces and motion. We have been calculating math problems on speed and velocity, but we all need a brain break sometimes. This fun magic trick incorporated Newton’s laws and a little fun!
Biology students had a wonderful time working to build and extract DNA this week. DNA can be difficult to learn about if you can’t see it! The sophomores had fun bringing it to life this week.
